Hugh and his wife Judy have been married 45 years and have lived
37 of those years in our district. His son and daughter were
educated in the Gwinnett County Public Schools, and his daughter
Dana Floyd Harper is a special education teacher at Sugar Hill
Elementary. His son Evan is a sales executive.
